Design Eye Input -- $500

• recommend furniture layouts
• suggest accessories that pull it all together
• provide resale value insight
• consult on blending colors, materials, and styles

Designated Design Decisions -- $500-$800 plus 10% of total materials purchased
includes all above plus:

• take on decisions on selected aspects of projects as designated by client
• independently order finishes within client budget on designated aspects
• acquire samples for joint decisions with client

Designer Staging for Resale -- $100 per hour for advice only or $500 per whole house
 

• per hour walk through recommendations for client to carry out
• or, per house expert staging done for client prior to by-owner showing
 

​

Total Design Discretion -- $1000-$2000 plus 15% of materials purchased
 

• make all style, color, materials decisions
• order all selections, reimbursed  by client within 7 days of delivery
• supervise / consult with contractor on all design aspects of remodel
